1. Referral program is only eligible for customers who received the referral program email.

2.A qualified referral is considered when a new client, referred through the unique link, completes a transaction with Under the Oak Tree and makes a payment.

3. Referrer must share a referral code on the booking form.

4. Rewards are credited to the referrer's account after the party has taken place.

5. Under the Oak Tree reserves the right to investigate and void referral rewards in case of suspected fraudulent activity or violation of terms.

6. Under the Oak Tree reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

7. By participating in the referral program, clients agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Under The Oak Tree retains the right to make the final decision on all matters related to the referral program.
